Are your contractors approved?

All our contractors are vetted and checked for competence, insurance and that a DBS policy is in place.

How do you manage costs?

Our contractors update their daywork rates for reactive works regularly and these are published on our maintenance system.

For servicing cost we have published schedules for plant items and will gain quotes for items as and when they are due, for remedial actions, these will always be quoted and highlighted to the client.

How can we control what is ordered?

All orders are commissioned by the school, we will never send an order to a contractor on your behalf, this way you can see costs and control who is coming and when. The orders will be populated and presented to the client for commissioning, it is just a click of a button to send it off once you have approved it.

Do you mark up invoices?

No, all invoices are sent directly to the school for payment.
