Maintenance Helpline

Our 24/7 helpline is there to give you peace of mind for any property issue. We are here to provide expert help for any issue with a single phone call. Our property managers will assess your problem and select the appropriate fully vetted contractor to attend site and resolve your issue, leaving you to get back to the day to day running of your school.

Planned Preventative Maintenance

Items of plant and equipment in your building are required to be maintained, our system gives you full access to the history of maintenance on each individual item, highlights upcoming service dates, and records all certification, giving you a real time view on your planned maintenance. Our team manage and update all the data and manage service issues and remedial actions as they occur.

A dedicated property manager will be assigned to your site, making half termly visits to go through your servicing needs, and further visits should you require it.

Capital Projects

Our property managers have over 20 years of experience in providing capital projects within schools, from extensions to boiler installations, toilet refurbishments to re-roofing projects and more. We have access to M and E consultants, environmental specialists and planning consultants.

We will be on hand to provide capital project services, from inception to completion, full specifications, drawings, tendering and on site project management.
